<말하기 연습>
I have always had a lot of interest in food and food culture. So, I started to look into fine dining. It feels like more and more people are getting interested in find dining these days.
저는 늘 음식과 음식 문화에 관심이 많았습니다. 그래서 파인 다이닝에 대해 알아보기 시작했습니다. 요즘은 점점 더 많은 사람들이 파인 다이닝에 관심을 가지는 것 같습니다.

Fine dining has its roots in the dining culture of French aristocrats. It's not just about eating. It's about the whole experience, including multi-course meals, attentive service, and the overall atmosphere.
파인 다이닝은 프랑스 귀족들의 식문화에 뿌리를 두고 있습니다. 단순히 먹는 것만이 아닙니다. 여러 코스 요리, 세심한 서비스, 전체적인 분위기를 포함한 종합적인 경험입니다.

As it spread around the world, it changed in different ways depending on the country. In the U.S., there's more focus on creativity. But in Japan, people value a more refined style, centered around the chef.
파인 다이닝이 전 세계로 퍼지면서 나라에 따라 다양한 방식으로 변화했습니다. 미국에서는 창의성에 더 초점을 두고, 일본에서는 셰브를 중심으로 한 더 정제된 스타일을 중요하게 여깁니다.

In Korea, fine dining restaurants that incorporate Korean cuisine are becoming more common. I'd love to experience the unique atmosphere of each restaurant someday. The prices are a bit high, though, so I'll have to go on special occasions.
한국에서는 한식을 접목한 파인 다이님 레스토랑이 점점 더 흔해지고 있습니다. 언젠가 각각의 레스토랑이 가진 독특한 분위기를 경험해 보고 싶습니다. 다만 가격이 조금 비싸기 때문에 특별한 날에 가야 할 것 같습니다.
