<말하기 연습>
It's easy to come across TV programs that introduce popular restaurants these days. Watching shows like that, I've developed a hobby of visiting famous local eateries myself. I make it a priority to visit restaurants run by chefs who appeared on those programs.
요즘은 TV 방송을 통해 맛집 소개 프로그램을 쉽게 접할 수 있습니다. 저 역시 이런 프로그램을 보면서 지역의 이름난 식당을 직접 찾아다니는 취미가 생겼습니다. 특히 그런 방송에 나온 요리사의 식당을 최우선으로 찾아갑니다.

But right after a restaurant is featured on TV, they get so crowded that it's hard to score a table. Reservations are fully booked for a month. Even if you do get there, you usually have to wait at least 30 minutes, and sometimes up to three hours. There's no guarantee of when you'll get in.
하지만 식당이 방송을 탄 직후에는 손님이 너무 많아 자리를 잡기가 정말 쉽지 않습니다. 예약은 한 달치가 꽉 차 있습니다. 운 좋게 찾아가더라도, 보통은 기본 30분에서 길게는 세 시간까지 언제 들어갈지 기약도 없이 대기해야만 합니다.

Still, I think that a bit of patience is required to really enjoy the food. When I finally finish the meal and walk out, I feel a sense of satisfaction that I got to try it myself.
하지만 저는 음식을 제대로 즐기기 위해서는 어느 정도의 인내도 필요하다고 생각합니다. 마침내 식사를 마치고 나오면, 나도 먹어 봤다는 뿌듯함이 밀려옵니다.
