B: They had to spend 100 days in a cave, surviving on only garlic and mugwort.
A: Wow, that sounds challenging.
B: Absolutely! The legend goes that the bear succeeded and became a woman. She later married and gave birth to Dangun, Korea's founding father.

A: 그거... 흥미롭네. 어떻게?
B: 오로지 마늘과 쑥만 먹으며 동굴 안에서 100일을 보내야 하는 거였지.
A: 와, 그건 힘들 텐데.
B: 그럼! 전설에 따르면 공미 성공해서 여자 사람이 되었다는 거야. 나중에 결혼을 해서 단군을 낳았는데, 단군이 한국의 건국 아버지야.

<말하기 연습>
I am not a big drinker. Whenever an ad for a new alcoholic beverage came out, I just thought, "Oh, another one of these." However, I developed an interest in wine while reading a comic recently, so I'm cosidering getting into that. Nowadays, it's a cinch to learn about wine thanks to various YouTube channels.
나는 술을 잘 못 마신다. 새로운 술 광고가 나오면 늘 "아, 이런게 또 나왔구나."하고 생각만 했다. 그런데, 최근에 한 만화를 보다가 와인에 관심이 생겨서 와인을 마셔 볼까 생각 중이다. 요즘에는 다양한 유튜브 채널 덕분에 와인에 대해 비교적 쉽게 배울 수 있다.

My one concern is that my alcohol tolerance has decreased a lot since my college days. Nowadays, I start feeling light-headed and tipsy even if I drink just a little. Wine has higher alcohol content than people think, so I get drunk after about two glasses. My husband says my drunken behavior includes acting cute out of nowhere, and then I eventually fall asleep  in a corner.
다만 한 가지 걱정되는 것은 대학 시절 이후로 주량이 급격하게 줄어서, 지금은 조금만 마셔도 기분이 알딸딸하고 취한다는 점이다. 와인은 생각보다 알코올 도수가 높아서 2잔 정도 마시고 나면 취한다. 남편 말로는, 내가 취하면 뜬금없이 애교를 부리는 주사를 보이다가 구석에서 잠을 잔다고 한다.

I'd like to get more into wine as I get older, for the sake of spending time with friends and engaging in conversations over a glass of wine.
나이가 들어 가며, 친구들과 같이 와인 한 잔하며 도란도란 대화하는 시간을 갖기 위해서라도 와인에 좀 더 관심을 가져 봐야겠다.

B: 아, 정말요? 주사만 없으면 상관없죠, 뭐.
