Interviews for broadcasting club. 방송부 후배 면접.

<말하기 연습>
With graduation approaching, I posted a recruitment notice for new members in the school broadcating club to carry on after me. I distributed three copies of the application form to each class in 5th grade. We needed to select four new members for the broadcasting club, one each for camera, announcer, sound, and screen adjustment. A total of 15 students put in their applications, and we evaluated them carefully.
졸업을 앞두고 제 뒤를 이어 줄 학교 방송부 신입 회원 모집 공고를 냈습니다. 지원서는 5학년 가 반에 3부씩 배부했습니다. 신입 방송부원은 카메라, 아나운서, 음향, 화면 조정에 한 명씩 총 4명을 선발해야 했습니다. 총 15명의 학생이 지원을 했고 우리는 신중하게 평가를 했습니다.

The top-scoring candidates from the interviews went through a separate background check. We needed people who can get along well with others without any drama.
면접에서 상위권 점수를 받은 친구들은 별도로 평판 조사를 하였습니다. 어긋나는 부분 없이 다른 학생들과 두루 잘 어울릴 수 있는 사람이 필요했기 때문입니다.

Based on these criteria, we have selected four new members to lead the broadcasting club next year. Now, we need to focus on handling over our roles. I am confident that these smart, dedicated juniors will do an even better job than us.
이러한 기준을 바탕으로 내년에 방송반을 이끌어 줄 4명의 신입 방송 부원을 선발했습니다. 이제 열심히 인수인계에 집중해야 됩니다. 야무지고 똑똑한 후배들이라 저희보다 더 잘 이끌어 갈 거라고 믿습니다.
