Level 1. Start English.

A: You know you can delay dementia if you learn a foreign language.
B: Oh, really? I didn't knwo that.
A: Yeah, my mom started learning Chinese at 70 and she's doing great!
B: She is. I guess it's worth a shot.

A: 있잖아요. 외국어를 배우면 치매를 늦출 수 있대요.
B: 아, 정말요? 그건 몰랐네요.
A: 네. 우리 어머니가 일흔에 중국어를 배우기 시작하셨는데 아주 잘하고 계시잖아요!
B: 그러네요. 한 번 시도할 만한 가치가 있는 것 같네요.

Level 2. Easy English.

A: Jun, don't you want to go to bed? It's almost midnight.
B: I need to prepare for the English Golden Quiz.
A: Wow, I've never seen you study this hard.
B: Mom, do yoy have any tips for memorizing words faster?
A: How about reading the English words you're learning out loud? It will also help your listening and speaking.

A: 준, 안 잘래? 12시 다 됐다.
B: 영어 골든벨을 준비해야 되요.
A: 와, 네가 이렇게 열심히 공부하는 걸 본 적이 없네.
B: 엄마, 단어를 더 빨리 외우는 요령이 있어요?
A: 지금 배우는 영어 단어들을 크게 소리내서 읽어 보는 건 어때? 듣기나 말하기에도 도움이 될 거야.

Level 3. 입트영.

How to develop good relationships.

Talk about how to build good interpersonal relationships.

From the moment we're born, we form relationships with our family members. As we socialize with others and eventually become grown-ups, we experience ups and downs. But interpersonal relationships rarely go according to plan.

What must be done to master such difficult relationships? I think the first step is to give unto others, rather than hoping to receive. It may seem insignificant, but even something as minor as sharing a piece of candy and building a connection that way can be an example. Secondly, I think it's best to be considerate of others, even if that means you lose out a bit. An example would be to do someone else's difficult job to the best of my ability, even if it is physically taxing.

Despite one's best intentions, interpersonal relationships are a tough nut to crack. But if you make the effort to express your sincerity, people will surely take notice eventually.

우리는 태어나는 순간부터 가족이라는 인간관계를 맺게됩니다. 그리고 나서 점차 성인이 될때까지 사회생활을 하면서 많은 아픔과 즐거움을 겪게됩니다. 하지만 좀처럼 생각대로 되지 않는 것이 인간관계입니다.

이렇게 어려운 인간관계를 잘 하려면 어떻게 해야 할까요? 저는 다른 사람에게 받으려는 기대를 하지 않고 주는 것이 첫 단계라고 생각합니다. 사소하지만 작은 사탕같은 것을 주면서 소소한 정을 나누는 행동 그런것이 한 예입니다. 두번째로 자신은 조금 손해를 보더라도 타인을 배려하는 것이 좋다고 생각합니다. 내 몸이 힘들더라도 다른 사람의 힘든 업무를 내가 할 수 있는 선에서 해 주는 것이 한 예입니다.

인간관계는 아무리 잘하려고 해도 참 여러운 문제입니다. 그러나 진심을 전하기 위해서 노력하면 결국엔 상대방도 그 마음을 분명 알아줄 것입니다.

A: 인간관계는 참 힘들어요.
B: 무슨 말인지 잘 알죠.
A: 가끔 사람들이 제 진심을 잘못 이해하는 경우가 있어요.
B: 네, 오해 때문에 생기는 갈등이 많죠.
A: 그런 오해가 생기면 푸는 것이 어려워요.
B: 먼저 다가가서 진심을 보여 주는 게 좋은 것 같아요.
