Talk about cleaning out your closet.
Our family is a five-person household with three daughters. So, we have loads of clothing in various styles. That means we must take functional clothes and clothes that we reach for often, and store them properly in the closet. We also have to set aside clothing that we plan to donate to charity or get rid of.
Soemone once said that clothes you haven't worn for three years have outlived their usefulness. These should therefore be discarded. When you have too many clothes, you might not be able to find what you are looking for. This is inefficient, sice you end up not wearing certain items very often.
The past season's clothes should be lanudered and stored properly. That way, they'll in tiptop shape next year. I have to set aside a day to do all this hard work. But it's a load off my chest when I finish, and it becomes much easier to find the family's various clothes.
저희 집은 딸이 셋이고 총 다섯 식구입니다. 그래서 옷이 가짓수도 다양하고 양도 많습니다. 따라서 기능성 의류나 자주 입는 옷들은 옷장에 잘 보관해야 합니다. 또한 기부하거나 버릴 예정인 옷은 따로 잘 챙겨 두어야 합니다.
누군가 3년 동안 입지 않은 옷은 더 이상 쓸모가 없으니, 버려야 한다고 말한 적이 있습니다. 옷이 너무 많으면 찾기가 어려울 수 있고, 어떤 옷은 결국 자주 입지도 못해서 효율성이 떨어지게 됩니다.
계절이 지난 옷은 세탁해서 올바르게 보관해야 합니다. 그렇게 하면 다음 해에도 옷의 상태가 멀쩡할 것입니다. 저는 하루 날을 잡고 이런 고된 일을 해야 하지만, 하고 나면 후련하고 식구들의 각양각색의 옷을 찾기가 휠씬 수월해집니다.
