Apartment allotments.
Receiveing an allotment of a new apartment is one way to become a homeowner. Apartment allotments are advance sales of apartments that a builder will be constructing. People who receive an allotment must pay the intermediate payments and the reamining balance while the apartment is being built. Once construction is complete, they then receive ownership.
The main draw of apartment allotments is that the price is usually lower than the going rate at the time of completion. Plus, it lets people buy an apartment that is brand new.
In 2020, I had the good fortune to receive an allotment for an apartment. I liked the floor plan of the apartment, and I was happy with the building and unit. So, I signed the contract. As I count the days until our family moves in to our new home, I can only hope that the apartment will be sturdy and well-built.
새 아파트를 분양받는 것은 내 집 마련을 할 수 있는 한가지 방법입니다. 시공사가 앞으로 건축할 아파트를 미리 판매하는 것입니다. 분양을 받은 사람은 아파트가 지어지는 동안 중도금 그리고 잔금을 납부해야 합니다. 일단 아파트가 완공되고 나면 소유권을 이전 받습니다.
이런 아파트 분양의 최대 장점은 분양 당시 가격이 완공 후 아파트의 시세 보다도 대체적으로 저렴하다는 것입니다. 게다가 완전히 새 아파트에 살수 있다는 것입니다.
2020년에, 운좋게 아파트 한채를 분양 받았습니다. 아파트 구조도 좋았고 동 호수도 맘에 들었습니다. 그래서 계약을 했습니다. 우리 가족이 새 보금자리에 입주할 날을 손꼽아 기다리면서 아파트가 튼튼하게 잘 지어지기만을 바랍니다.
