Honeymoons.
My husband and I honeymooned in a few cities in Italy, and Paris, France. We purchased a tour package, and it was a heavy schedule. We met up at 6 in the morning and broke up at 5 in the evening. As soon as we arrived at our hotel, we were so tired that we each just hit the sack.
I have a video of my busband telling me he loves me, taken on a boat on the way to Positano, a port city in southern Italy. Looking back on it now, it's so cheesy that it makes me cringe.
On the last day, we saw the Eiffel Tower. We were still in our 20s, and it felt like a symbol of sucess, a romantic ideal. I think visiting Europe instead of a vacation spot for our honeymoon was the right choice. It would be too physically demanding if we tired it now. Plus, our family has grown.
남편과 저는 이탈리아 몇개의 도시와 프랑스 파리로 신혼여행을 다녀왔습니다. 우리는 투어 패키지 여행 상품을 구매했는데, 일정이 정말 빡빡했습니다. 아침 6시에 집합해서 오후 5시에 해산을 했습니다. 저희는 호텔에 돌아오자마자, 너무 피곤해서 각자 바로 잠자리에 들었습니다.
이탈리아 남부 항구 도시인 포지타노로 들어가는 배 안에서 남편이 사랑한다고 말하는 동영상을 가지고 있습니다. 지금와서 되돌아 보면, 손발이 오글 거립니다.
마지막 날에는, 우리는 에펠탑을 봤습니다. 그 당시 아직 20대였던 저희에게는 성공과 낭만적인 어떤 이상적인 상징이었습니다. 지금생각해 보면 신혼여행을 휴양지가 아닌 유럽으로 다녀오기를 백번 잘했다는 생각이 들었습니다. 지금 가려고 하면 체력적으로도 무척 힘들거 같고, 식구들도 늘어났기 때문입니다.
