In the past, we used phones to hold conference calls at work. But nowadays, videoconferences are becoming more common. Ever since the coronavirus outbreak, social distancing has become a part of our lives. Due to this trend, people have made use of videoconferences even more often. They can stand in for business trips, so they also boost work efficiency and reduce costs.
There are various types of videoconferencing software. Each program has its strengths and weaknesses. You can choose the one that works for you. Users can share a lot of information in real time during the meeting. For example, you can share a screen and view information together. It's a very useful feature.

예전에는 업무 현장에서 전화를 이용해서 회의를 했다. 그러나 요즘은 화상 회의가 점점 보편화되고 있다. 특히 코로나바이러스 발병 이후에 사회적 거리 두기가 일상화되었다. 이러한 추세로 인해 화상 회의 활용은 더욱더 활발해졌다. 출장을 대체하는 효과가 있어서, 업무 효율을 증진시키고 비용도 절감시켜 준다.
