<말하기 연습>
I am in my early 30s and have been working at a small to mid-sized company in the fashion industry for five years. At first, I had a hard time adapting to the hierarchical atmosphere of the company. But as I countinued to work, I gradually got used to it.
저는 30대 초반으로 패션 업계 중소기업에 5년째 다니고 있습니다. 처음에는 수직적인 회사 분위기에 적응하기가 어려웠습니다. 그러나 회사 생활을 계속하다 보니 점차 적응하게 되었습니다.

I often find myself acting as a bridge between the new Millennial and Gen-Z employees and the older generation. From my position in the middle, I sometimes feel that the younger generation can come across as rude. Meanwhile, the older generation can be too damanding.
저는 MZ 신입과 기성세대 사이에서 본의 아니게 징검다리 역활을 할 때가 종종 있습니다. 중간 입장에서 보면 MZ 세대가 무례하게 느껴질 때도 있고, 한편으로는 기성세대가 무리한 요구를 할 때도 있는 것을 느낍니다.

If you ask me, both sides need to make concessions while also respecting boundaries in order to bridge the generational gap. I hope that by overcoming this transitional period, we can create a better work environment for all generations.
제 생각에는 세대 차이의 격차를 줄이기 위해서는 서로 양보할 부분은 양보하고, 지켜야 할 부분은 지켜야 한다고 봅니다. 현재의 과도기를 잘 이겨 내서 모든 세대에게 더 좋은 업무 환경을 조성할 수 있으면 좋겠습니다.
