키오스크는 공공장소에 설치된 무인 정보 단말기를 말한다. 요즘은 도서관, 터미널, 마트, 카페, 패스트 푸드점 등 어디서나 키오스크를 찾아 볼 수 있다.

A kiosk is operated through a touchscreen where users can easily search for information and even make transactions. These machines are highly effective in reducing the need for human labor and saving time. However, the sidespread use of kiosks has also led to a decrease in job opportunities.
키오스크는 손을 화면에 대는 터치스크린 방식으로 작동하며, 이용자가 쉽게 정보를 검색할 수 있고 계산도 할 수 있다. 어러한 기계들은 필요 인력을 감축하고 시간을 절약해 주는 효과가 크다. 반면 키오스크가 보편화되면서 일자리가 줄어들기도 했다.

And above all, it's important to make allowances for the "digitally challenged" - people who may face difficulties in using such kiosks. To create a more inclusive world, service guidelines for these kiosks should be made clearer, providing easy accessibility for everyone.
그리고 무엇보다 이러한 키오스크 이용에 어려움을 겪을 수 있는 "디지털 약자"에 대한 배려가 필요하다. 더불어 사는 세상이 되기 위해서는 이러한 키오스크에 대한 서비스 가이드라인이 더욱 명확해져서, 모든 사람들이 접근하기 쉬워져야 한다.
