<말하기 연습>
The area around my mouth breaks out starting a week before I get my period. This has been a constant source of stress for me. That made me curious about the relationship between menstrual cycles and ance, so I started to look into it.
저는 월경을 시작하기 1주 전부터 입 주변에 여드름이 나서, 계속 스트레스를 받아 왔습니다. 그래서 월경 주기와 여드름의 연관성에 대해 궁금증을 갖게 되어 더 알아보기 시작했습니다.

Just before menstruation, there's an increase in androgen hormones in the bloodstream, leading to heightened sebum production. When excess sebum blocks the pores, they swell up and become infected with germs, which causes breakouts.
월경 직전에는 혈중 안드로겐 호르몬 수치가 증가하여 피지 생성이 활발해 집니다. 이렇게 피지가 많이 생성되어 모공이 막히면, 부풀어 오르고 세균에 감염되어 여드름이 생기는 것입니다.

Also, the body's hydration levels decrease during menstruation, which dries out the skin and makes it easier for pimples to form. I've come to understand that breakouts during my period are normal. When I do break out, there is nothing for it but to properly cleanse my face, apply moisturizer, and just take better care of my skin.
또한, 월경 중에는 체내 수분량도 감소하는데, 이로 인해 피부가 건조해져서 여드름이 생기기 쉬워집니다. 저는 월경 기간에 여드름이 생기는 것은 정상적이라는 것을 알게 되었습니다. 여드름이 나면 세안을 잘하고, 보습제를 바르고, 피부 관리를 더 잘하는 방법밖에 없는 듯 합니다.
