<말하기 연습>
Before my wife and I tied the knot, I had a romantic idea that we would enjoy various hobbies together. But life got in the way, and we couldn't put it into practice. I suggested tennis and badminton to my wife, but she rejected them, probably due to exhasution from household chores. She only said that she preferred to go for a walk in the park nearby when we had time.
결혼 전에는 아내와 같이 다양한 취미를 즐겨야겠다는 로망이 있었습니다. 그런데 이러저러한 이유로 실천하지 못했습니다. 아내에게 테니스나 배드민턴을 권해 봤지만 가사 노동에 지친 탓인지 모두 거절했습니다. 그저 시간이 나면 근처 공원을 산책하는 게 좋다고 했습니다.

But recently, we found a sport to enjoy together, and that's golf. My wife has always enjoyed watching golf on TV. But she never had the chance to try it herself, probably due to a lack of spare time and financial constraints.
그런데  최근에, 아내와 함께할 운동을 찾았는데, 바로 골프입니다. 평소에 아내는 TV로 골프를 보는 것을 좋아했습니다. 하지만 직접 해 볼 기회는 없었는데, 시간이 없거나 경제적인 제약 때문이었던 것 같습니다.

But now, I've talked my wife into taking golf lessons and we exercise together. Of course, we can't go to an actual golf course very often. But we do watch YouTube content about golf together. We also take videos of ourselves practicing our swings at the indoor range, which we then watch together.
그런데 지금은 아내를 설득해서 골프 레슨을 받게 하고 함께 운동하고 있습니다. 물론, 실제 골프장에는 자주 가지는 못합니다. 그래도 골프에 관한 유투브 콘텐츠도 함께 보고, 실내 연습장에서 스윙 연습하는 모습을 촬영해 같이 보곤 합니다.
