Book club activities. 북클럽 활동.

<말하기 연습>
Two years ago, I joined an online book club. I stumbled upon it during the COVID pandemic, and by now it has become one of the most important parts of my life.
2년 전에 나는 어느 온라인 북클럽의 회원이 되었다. 코로나 팬데믹 기간 동안 우연히 알게 되었는데, 이제는 내 삶에서 가장 중요한 일부분이 되었다.

The host of the book club is the creator of one of my favorite YouTube channels. She chooses books and provides helpful videos that spur me on in my reading activities. I also participate in various activities, such as discussions where we exchange ideas about books and study groups where we work on our English together.
북클럽의 호스트는 내가 좋아하는 유튜브 채널의 윤영자이다. 책을 고르고 도움이 되는 영상도 올려 주어 나의 독서 활동에 좋은 동기 부여가 된다. 또한 나는 책에 대한 내용을 토론하는 북토크와 영어 공부를 함께하는 스터디 소모임 등 다양한 활동에 참여한다.

Reading English books on my own used to be a challenge, but with the book club, I no longer feel intimidated. I've also discovered a wide range of books about different fields through my book club activities. This has greatly expanded my knowledge, which is a big plus.
혼자서 영어로 된 책을 완독하기가 쉽지 않았는데, 북클럽 활동을 하니 더 이상 두렵지 않다. 그리고 북클럽 활동으로 여러 분야의 다양한 책을 알게 되었다. 이를 통해 지식의 폭이 매우 넓어진 것도 큰 장점이다.
