CPR. 심폐 소생술.

<말하기 연습>
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) is an emergency procedure performed when someone's heart stops functioning, or they stop breathing. CPR should be done within 4 minutes after the heart stops to prevent most brain damage.
심폐소생술(CPR)은 심장의 기능이 정지하거나 호흡이 멈췄을 때 하는 응급 처치입니다. 심장이 멈추고 4분 안에 심폐 소생술을 해야 뇌손상이 거의 없습니다.

The step to perform CPR are as follow: First, tap the shoulders of the person who has collapsed and loudly ask, "Are you okay?" while checking for a response. Second, call 119 and ask for an automated external defibrillator (AED) if someone is nearby.
심폐 소생술을 진행하는 절차는 다음과 같습니다. 첫째, 쓰러진 사람의 어깨를 두드리며 큰 소리로 "괜찮으세요?"라고 물으며 반응을 확인합니다. 둘째, 119에 신고하고 주변에 사람이 있으면 자동 제세동기를 찾아 달라고 요청합니다.

Third, place your hands one on top of the other, interlace your fingers and extend your elbows. Press down on the chest just below the breastbone using the heel of your hand. The chest compression rate should be 100-120 compressions per minute, with a depth of 5 cm for adults. The chest compressons should continue uninterrupted until the patient regains consiousness or first respondrs arrive. Fourth, use an AED if one is available.
셋째, 양손은 겹쳐 깍지를 낀 후에 팔꿈치를 폅니다. 그리고 손바닥 아랫부분으로 가슴뼈 바로 아래쪽 지점을 누릅니다. 가슴 압박 속도는 1분당 100~120회, 성인 기준으로 5cm 깊이로 압박합니다. 가슴 압박은 환자의 의식이 돌아오거나 구급대원들이 올 때까지 멈추지 말고 계속해야 합니다. 넷째, 자동 제세동기가 있으면 그것을 사용합니다.
