Skincare Tips. 피부 관리 비법.

<말하기 연습>
As you age, your skin begins to sag and becomes less supple. I have managed to maintain fairly youthful-looking skin for my age, thanks to a few useful skincare tips.
나이가 들어갈수록 피부가 처지기 시작하고 탄력이 줄어들게 된다. 나는 나이에 비해 꽤 동안의 피부를 유지하고 있는데, 몇 가지 유용한 피부 관리 버법 덕분이다.

First, I apply sunscreen like my life depends on it. Most signs of againg are cuased by UV rays. To block them out, sunscreen is a must every day of the year. Second, double facial cleansing is not a choice but a necessity. A second cleanse is a must, because impurities left on the skin can lead to skin troubles. Third, I use a gua sha tool to message my face. If you regularly massage the jawline, temples, and scalp, you will notice that faded lines become more defined again.
첫째, 선크림을 목숨이 달린 것처럼 바른다. 노화는 대부분 자외선 때문에 발생하는데, 이를 차단하기 위해 선크림은 365일 꼭 발라 줘야한다. 둘째, 이중 세안은 선택이 아닌 필수이다. 피부에 노폐물이 남아 있으면 피부 트러블을 유발할 수 있으므로 2차 세안을 꼭 해 준다. 셋째, 괄사 도구를 이용해서 얼굴 마사지를 해 준다. 턱과 관자놀이, 두피 부분을 지속적으로 마사지해 주면 없어졌던 라인이 다시 살아나는 게 보일 것이다.

There are also other tips, such as improving the absorption of skincare products, using cosmetic face masks regularly, and getting plenty of sleep. But the most important thing is to take care of your skin consistently and give it the attention it needs.
그 밖에도 화장품 잘 흡수시켜 주기, 마스크 팩 자주 사용하기, 숙면 등의 비법이 있다. 하지만 가장 중요한 것은 피부 관리를 꾸준히 하고 관심을 가지는 것이다.
