During the coronavirus crisis, the number of avid cyclists around the world rose sharply. Foldable bicycles called mini velos are especially popular. They are a perfect fit for cycling in day-to-day city life.

A mini velo is a bicycle with wheels measuring less than 20 inches. They can be brought on board public transportation when they are folded in half. This means users can easily ride them in bicycle lanes and then them on buses or the subway.
