동호인 배드민턴 대회.
I have been active in a badminton club for the past 3 years. I am really into badminton tournaments. When you sign up to enter a badminton tournament, you are assigned to a proficiency level. You face off against people who are the same level as you.
저는 3년 전부터 배드민턴 동호회에서 활동을 하고 있습니다. 저는 배드민턴 대회에 관심이 많습니다. 배드민턴 대회에 참가 신청을 하면 급수를 배정받게 됩니다. 그리고 같은 급수인 사람들을 상대로 경기를 합니다.
First-timers in badminton tournments are level E. E-level players are automatically upgraded to Level D after 1 year. Winning a turnament also results in the same upgrade. Above that are levels C, B, and A. You can level up each time by winning a tournament.
배드민턴 대회에 처음 참여하는 사람은 E급입니다. E급수를 가진 사람은 1년이 지나면 자동으로 D급으로 올라갑니다. 대회에서 우승을 해도 마찬가지로 D급이 됩니다. 그 위에는 C, B, A급 순이며, 우승을 할 때마다 승급을 할 수 있습니다.
I like to see the people cheering on their friends and the competitive drive of the contestants at badminton tournaments. I also think it's great that everyone shows respect for their opponents, and plays each match fair and square.
배드민턴 대회장에 가면 사람들이 친구들을 응원하는 모습과 참가자들의 패기 넘치는 모습을 볼 수 있어서 좋습니다. 그리고 모두가 상대방에 대한 예의를 갖추고 정정당당히 각 경기에 임하는 모습도 멋지다고 생각합니다.
