The Joy of Raising a Child.
Our son has recently started to develop an ego, so he has been saying "no" all the time. Getting him to brush his teeth, wash up, or get dressed has become a real challenge. Even so, I still take great pleasure in hearing his pretty voice, babbling on all day.
In the past, I had no interest in kids at all. I think I just considered them a nuisance. But now, when I see kids outdoors, just the sight of them makes me happy. That's why my favorite part of the day is when I go to the playground with my son.
Without fail, the other kids come up to us and start up a conversation. Shooting the breeze with these innocent kids and playing with them, I am filled with joy. I may have lost my figure after having a child, but it has given me a whole new sense of happiness.
육아의 기쁨.
우리 아들은 요즘 자아가 생기기 시작해서 "싫어"를 입에 달고 산다. 그래서 양치질 시키기, 씻기기, 옷 입히기가 무척 힘들어졌다. 그래도 온 종일 종알종알거리는 예쁜 목소리를 들으면 행복감이 크다.
예전에 나는 아이들에게 전혀 관심이 없었다. 성가신 존재로만 생각했던 것 같다ㅏ. 그런데 이제는 밖에서 아이들을 보면 그 모습 만으로 기분이 너무 좋아진다. 그래서 내 하루 일과 중 아들과 놀이터에 가는 시간이 가장 좋다.
어김없이 다른 아이들이 우리한테 다가와 먼저 말을 건다. 이렇게 순수한 아이들과 얘기도 하고 같이 놀면서, 나의 마음은 행복으로 가득 찬다. 아이를 낳고 비록 몸매는 망가졌지만, 또 다른 행복을 느낄 수 있게 해 주었다.
