Talk about strengthening your immune system.
Many people these days are taking a stong interest in strenghening their immune system The immune system plays a key role in protecting the body from various infections. Healthy eating habits, regular exercise, and proper rest can all help to build up the immune system.
However, I am a foodie, and I take great pleasure in eating. So, eating healty to strengthen my immunity sometimes feels difficult. After all, health foods aren't always good eats.
So instead, every day I take vitamin supplements that are said to be good for the immune system. I always get plenty of sleep and stay hydrated. I do my best to steer clear of less healthy foods. But most of all, I do all of this in a way that doesn't cause undue stress. I think that's the most important thing.
요즘 많은 사람들이 면역력 증진시키는 것에 관심이 많습니다. 면역력은 각종 감염으로부터 우리 몸을 보호하는데 중요한 역확을 합니다. 건강한 식습관, 꾸준한 운동, 적당한 휴식 등은 모두 면역력을 높이는 데 도움을 줄 수 있습니다.
하지만 저는 식도락가로 먹는 것에서 큰 즐거움을 얻습니다. 그래서 건강한 식사로 면역력을 키우는 것이 오히려 힘들 때가 있습니다. 왜냐하면 건강식이 항상 맛있는 음식은 아니기 때문입니다.
그 대신 저는 면역력에 좋다는 비타민 보충제를 매일 섭취하고 있습니다. 항상 충분한 수면을 취하고 수분도 섭취하고 있습니다. 그리고 건강에 좋지 않은 음식은 되도록 안 먹으려고 노력하고 있습니다. 그러나 무엇보다 이 모든 것을 과도한 스트레스를 받지 않는 선에서 하고 있습니다. 저는 이 점이 가장 중요하다고 생각합니다.
