Homes with a view.
There are a few key factors to cosider when house hunting. Most people concern themselves with which way a house faces, its floor plan, and what floor it's on. On top of all that, many people these days prioritize the view from a house. I, too, place a premium on this factor.
I chose the house I live in now because it has a river view. I feel a deep sense of happiness whenever I see the sunlight glimmering on the waves. Nothing obstructs the view, so it really feels liberating. I realize every day that the view plays a big part in my quality of life.
These days, I sometimes long for the healing energy provided by trees and forests. That's why I plan to look for a place in close proximity to a mountain or part when I next choose a home.
집을 구할 때 고려해야 할 중요한 요소들이 몇 가지 있다. 대부분의 사람들은 집의 방향이나 실내 구조, 몇 층인지 따진다. 거기다가 요즘은 집의 조망권을 우선시하는 사람들이 많아졌다. 나 또한 이 부분을 중요하게 보는 편이다.
지금 살고 있는 집은 강이 내려다 보이는 조망 때문에 선택하게 되었다. 햇빛이 물결에 반짝이는 것을 볼때 마다 큰 행복감을 느낀다. 시야를 가리는 것이 아무것도 없어서 답답함도 사라진다. 이 조망권이 나의 삶의 질에 큰 영향을 끼친다는 것을 매일 실감하고 있다.
요즘은 나무와 숲이 제공해 주는 치유의 에너지가 그리워질 때가 있다. 그래서 다음에 집을 선택할 때에는 산과 공원이 가까운 곳을 알아볼 계획이다.
