A community center is a resting place for local residents. It issues certificates and provides various real-life welfare services. In most cases, a community center is comprised of three teams.
The civil administration team is in charge of issuing resident ID cards, as well as various certification papers such as personal seal certificates. It also supports single-parent households with subsidies for child rearing and living costs. The health and welfare team seeks out residents in welfare blind spots to provide living costs and medical services.
Community centers offer distinguished services to anyone who visits. Our local community center recently had a soundbar installed to play soothing music. Visitors can go about their business in a relaxed and laid-back atmosphere, as if they were at a cafe.
주민 센터는 지역 사회 주민들의 쉼터이다. 증명서를 발급해 주고 각종 생활 밀착형 복지 서비스를 제공한다. 대부분의 경우 주민 센터는 세 팀으로 조직되어 있다.
민원 행정팀은 주민등록증뿐만 아니라 인감 증명서 같은 각종 증명서를 발급해 주는 업무를 담당한다. 복지 행정팀에서는 기초 생활 수급자를 지원하는 일을 한다. 또한 한부모 가정에게 아동 양육 보조금과 생활비를 지원하고 있다. 보건 복지팀은 복지 사각지대에 있는 주민들을 찾아내어 생활비 및 의료 서비스를 제공한다.
주민 센터는 찾아오는 주민들을 위해 차별화된 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 우리 주민센터는 최근에 사운드바를 설치해서 편안한 음악을 틀어 놓고 있다. 방문객들은 카페에 있는 것처럼 편안하고 여유로운 분위기에서 민원 업무를 볼 수 있다.
