Study cafe.
I had always been curious about study cafes, so I recently paid a visit to one. As soon as I walked in, there was a ticket kiosk selling passes. It was an unmanned device. I chose a seat and how long I would use it, and settled the bill in advance.
I was surprised to see that the study cafe offered anything you could imagine that might be used for studying. This included book stands, office supplies, blankets, and even hairbands. Various light snacks, coffee, and tea were being sold in the break room.
There were multiple seat types, such as partitioned desks, open tables, and separate individual seats. I was able to choose whichever one suited my needs. It was a far cry from the study rooms when I was younger, which felt stuffy and closed-off. The atmosphere helped me concentrate on my studies.
스터디 카페.
나는 최근에 늘 궁금해했던 스터디 카페에 한번 방문해 보았다. 안으로 들어서자마자 이용권을 판매하는 키오스크가 있었다. 무인으로 운영되는 기기였다. 좌석과 이용 시간을 선택하고 요금을 미리 지불했다.
스터디 카페에는 독서대, 학용품, 담요, 심지어 머리끈까지 공부하는 데 사용할 수 있는 모든 것이 마련되어 있어서 놀랐다. 휴게실에는 다양한 간식과 커피, 차 등을 판매하고 있었다.
칸막이로 가려진 책상, 개방형 책상, 독립된 1인석 등 다양한 유형의 자리가 있어서 내 필요에 맞는 곳을 골라 앉을 수 있었다. 내가 어렸을 때 이용하던 갑갑하고 폐쇄적으로 느껴졌던 독서실과는 사뭇 달랐다. 그러한 분위기 덕분에 공부에 집중이 더 잘 되었다.
