There are countless ways to learn a foreign language. First, you should clearly define your goals. You might be doing test prep for a specific exam, or need to speak English on the job. You could be traveling to an English-speaking country, or even aim to live there.
Next, you should find a way of studying that works for you. You need to think long and hard about what piques your interest, and which methods you prefer.
Mastering a language doesn't happen overnight. Even if it's just 30 minutes a day, it's most important to study every day. You should make it a habit to study in your day-to-day life. Once it becomes a habit, studying becomes second nature. It can also be helpful to join a study group with people who share your goals.

외국어를 배울 수 있는 방법은 무궁무진하다. 가장 먼저, 자신의 목표를 명확하게 정하는 것이 좋다. 특정 시험을 대비하는 것일 수도 있고, 업무상 영어가 필요해서일 수도 있다. 혹은 영어권 국가에 여행을 가거나, 그곳에 거주하기 위한 목적일 수도 있다.
그 다음에 자신의 성향에 맞는 학습 방법을 찾아야 한다. 본인이 어떤 것에 흥미를 느끼고, 어떤 방법을 선호하는지 곰곰이 생각해 볼 필요가 있다.
