[Response]

Large-scale coffee shop chains have their own apps. Customers install the apps, and use them to accumulate points whenever they buy beverages. As they buy more drinks, their membership level goes up and they receive more benefits. You can load money into the app in advance, and use that money to pay.
Another useful feature of coffee shop apps is that you can use them to place an order. Even without setting foot in a shop and going to the counter, you can order the app. The order is automatically sent to the baristas. When you drink is good to go, they call you by the name you registered on the app.

[해석]

대형 커피숍 체인점들은 자체적인 앱이 있다. 고객들은 앱을 설치하고 음료를 살 때마다 거기에 포인트를 적립한다. 음료를 많이 살수록 고객 등급이 올라가고 혜택도 더 많이 받는다. 사전에 앱에 일정 금액을 충전해서 그 돈으로 결제를 할 수도 있다.
커피숍 앱의 또 다른 유용한 기능은 앱을 이용해 주문할 수 있다는 점이다. 매장 내에 들어가서 카운터에 가지 않고도 앱으로 주문할 수 있다. 주문은 자동으로 바리스타들에게 전달이 된다. 음료 준비가 다 되면, 앱에 등록한 이름으로 호명을 한다.
