I bought a new car 3 years ago. I had been driving my older car for over seven years. The time had come to get a new one. I viewed car ads and got pointers from people I know. I finally chose the make and model. Then, I learned more about the car at a car dealership. I was able to take it for a test drive. I was very satisfied. I chose the optional extras I wanted on the car, and they quoted me a price. Half of the amount I paid upfront as an advance. I signed a contract for installment financing to pay the rest. I received the car around two weeks later.

3년 전에 신차를 구매했다. 기존에 차를 7년 이상 타서 새 차를 살 때가 되었다. 자동차 광고를 보고 주변 지인들의 조언을 받아서 사고 싶은 차종을 정했다. 그다음은 자동차 대리점에서 차량에 대한 안내를 받았다. 시승이 가능해서 한번 몰아 보았는데 매우 만족스러웠다. 차에 장착할 옵션을 정하고 견적을 받았다. 차량 가격의 절반을 선수금을 내고 나머지는 할부금으로 지불하는 계약을 했다. 약 2주 후에 차를 받았다.

Everyone considers buying used when they get a car. The biggest advantage is that the price is cheaper by a large margin, compared to getting a new car. The price drops a lot just one year after a car rolls off the lot. That's what makes used cars such a good deal. Since the car was driven by others before, it might be a little worse for wear. These days, there are apps for buying and selling used cars. It's a lot easier to check the going rate. It's important to get professional help and inspect a car closely before buying it. You should check the model year and the odometer reading, and kick the tires.

차량을 구입할 때 중고차 구매를 누구나 고려해 보게 된다. 가장 큰 매력은 가격이 새 차에 비해서 매우 저렴하다는 것이다. 차가 출고되고 1년만 지나도 가격이 많이 떨어지기 때문에 중고차는 그만큼 가격적인 매력이 있다. 전에 남이 타던 차이기 때문에 일부 낡은 부분이 있을 수 있다. 요즘은 중고차 매매를 전문으로 하는 앱이 있어서 중고차 시세를 알아보기가 상당히 쉬워졌다. 중고차를 구매하기 전에는 전문가의 도움을 받아서 차량의 상태를 꼼꼼히 점검하는 것이 중요하다. 차의 연식과 주행거리를 확인하고 차량 상태를 점검해야 한다.
