To look younger, I watch my weight more than anything else. I think a change in body type due to weight gain is the biggest reason people look older. The next thing I do is take good care of my skin. I use skincare products to help prevent wrinkles. I also try not to wear clothes that age me. I closely observe fashion trends that are in style among younger people. I take that into account when I buy clothes.
