헤매도 인생.

<말하기 연습>
When you take the bus, the route going one way is often different from the way back. Sometimes there's construction or a one-way street, so the bus has no choice but to take a detour. It occurred to me that life is a lot like a bus route.
버스를 타고 이동하다 보면 갈 때와 올 때의 경로가 다를 때가 많다. 공사 중인 구간이 있거나 일반통행 길이라서 어쩔 수 없이 돌아서 가야 할 때가 있다. 문득 우리 인생도 버스 노석과 참 비슷하다는 생각이 들었다.

In a world filled with mountains and oceans, life's path can't always be smooth. Sometimes we lose our way and wander around. Other times we run into unexected obstacles and have to take the long way raound. But along the way, we see things we never would have notice and gain new insights we didn't expect.
산도 있고 바다도 있는 세상에서 인생길 역시 매번 평탄할 수만은 업사. 때로는 길을 잃고 헤매기도 한다. 예상치 못한 난관에 부딪혀 먼 길을 돌아가야 할 때도 있다. 하지만 그 과정에서 우리는 절대 몰랐을 것들을 마주하고 예상치 못한 새로운 깨달음을 얻기도 한다.

There's a saying that "all roads lead to Rome." If you have a clear goal in life, you'll get there eventually. So maybe the real beauty of life is learning to enjoy even the deetours.
"모든 길은 로마로 통한다"는 말이 있다. 삶의 뚜렷한 목표가 있다면 언젠가는 그 목표점에 도달하게 된다. 그러니 돌아가는 길조차 즐기며 사는 것이 인생의 진정한 묘미가 아닐까 싶다.
