<말하기 연습>
When the scorching summer heat continues, turning on the A/C does help cool things down. However, I really dislike such artificial wind. Going to the beach is an option, but it's always too crowded and hectic. I wanted to go somewhere quiet and cool.
찌는 듯한 여름 무더위가 계속될 때는 에어컨을 틀면 시원하기는 합니다. 하지만, 저는 그런 인공적 인 바람이 너무 싫습니다. 바닷가에 갈 수는 있지만, 항상 사람이 너무 많고 복잡합니다. 저는 조용 하고 시원한 곳에 가고 싶었습니다.

My daughter suggested we go to a nearby mountain valley to escape the heat. A stream was gently flowing under the deep green shade. I could hear the sound of cicadas and see children splashing about in the water. I could feel my heart healing.
때마침 우리 딸이 더위를 피하러 가까이 있는 계곡에 가자고 했습니다. 초록이 짙은 그늘 밑에서 시 냇물이 졸졸졸 흐르고 있었습니다. 매미가 우는 소리를 들으며, 아이들이 첨벙거리며 물놀이하는 모습을 볼 수 있었습니다. 마음이 힐링되는 것 같았습니다.

I was grateful that even in the middle of a busy city, there was a place where I could dip my feet in a mountain stream and rest while escaping the heat.
복잡한 도시 속에 이렇게 계곡물에 발을 담그고 더위를 피해 쉴 수 있는 공간이 있다는 것이 감사했습니다.
