<말하기 연습>
I'd like to introduce a book club I am involved in, called "Culture and Daily Life." I run this reading club with two close friends that I got to know through an English conversation club back in college. We got started in 2016, so it's been 8 years already.
제가 참여하고 있는 "문화와 일상"이라고 불리는 독서 모임에 대해 소개해 드리고자 해요. 대학 시절 영어 회화 동아리에서 만난 두 명의 소중한 지인들과 이 독서 모임을 운영하고 있어요. 2016년에 시작해서 벌써 8년이나 되었네요.

Every month, we take turns being the leader and select a book. All three members diligently read the selected book, and then we each share our take on it. We keep a list of the countries the authors are from. We decided to travel to the country that was selected most often to celebrate the occasion of our 100th book.
한 달에 한 번씩 우리는 돌아가며 리더가 되어 책을 선정합니다. 선정된 책을 멤버 세 명이 열심히 읽고 나서 서로의 의견을 나눕니다. 우리는 책 원작자의 출신국 리스트를 만들고 있어요. 100회째가 되면 이를 기념하기 위해 가장 많이 선정된 나라를 같이 여행해 보기로 했어요.

I once traveled to Buyeo to visit a historic site mentioned in a book we read. It was a very meaningul trip, and it filled me with joy.
한 번은 우리가 읽은 책에서 소개된 역사 유적지를 방문하기 위해 부여를 여행한 적이 있어요. 너무 너무 뜻깊고 행복한 여행이었습니다.
