Have you ever heard of a condition called facial spasm? The early symptoms involve twitching on one side of the face, especially around the eye area. Magnesium deficiency is considered the root cause in typical cases. Eating foods like walnuts or almonds is attempted as a remedy. These initial symptoms eventually get better for most cases.
안면 연축이라는 증세에 대해 혹시 들어 보셨나요? 초기 증상은 얼굴 한쪽, 특히 눈 주위가 떨리는 현상으로 나타납니다. 일반적인 경우 마그네슘 부족이 근본 원인이라고 생각하고, 치료를 위해 호두나 아몬드 등의 식품을 섭취합니다. 이러한 초기 증상은 대부분 점차 개선이 되는 경우가 많습니다.

But for people whose symptoms do not improve, the diagnosis they receive from a hospital is facial spasm. The cause is the crossing of nerves and blood vessels in the face. Along with the body's heartbeats, this leads to twitching on one side of the face. If left untreated, this can even lead to a side of the face becoming distorted.
하지만 이런 증상이 개선되지 않는 사람들이 병원에서 진단받는 병명이 안면 연축입니다. 원인은 얼굴로 내려오는 신경과 혈관이 교차하기 때문인데, 심장 박동과 연계하여 얼굴의 한쪽이 떨리게 됩니다. 이를 계속 방치하면, 얼굴 한쪽이 일그러지는 증상까지 발생합니다.

Treatment methods include, first of all, taking perscribed medication. Second, there is the method of receiving Botox injections. Lastly, silicone cushions can be surgically inserted around the crossing blood vessels.
치료법으로는 우선 처방된 약을 복용하는 방법이 있습니다. 두번째는 보톡스 주사를 맞는 방법이 있습니다. 마지막으로 교차하는 혈관 주의에 수술로 실리콘 쿠션을 삽입하는 방법이 있습니다.
