Field Trips. 체험 학습.(구 수학여행)

My eldest daughter, who is sixth grader this year, was very disappointed that she couldn't go on any field trips during the COVID-19 pandemic. With the easing of quarantine policies in 2022, field trips finally became possible again. Our daughter will be graduating soon, so this field trip will have special meaning for her.
올해 초등학교 6학년인 큰 딸아이는 코로나19 기간 동안 체험 학습을 전혀 가지 못해서 매우 아쉬워했다. 2022년부터 방역 정책의 완화로 드디어 체험 학습이 다시 가능해졌다. 우리 딸은 졸업을 앞두고 있기에 이번 체험 학습은 아이에게 특별한 의미가 있을 것이다.

There was a detailed itinerary in the schedule for the 3-day trip that her homeroom teacher sent us. The students will visit Seokguram and Bulguksa in Gyeongju, and have a blast at an amusement park. A moonlit trip to Cheomseongdae is in the works, as well as a night of fun-filled recreation and a talent show.
담임 선생님이 보내 주신 2박 3일의 일정표에 자세한 일정이 나와 있었다. 학생들은 경주의 석굴암과 불국사를 관람하고, 놀이공원에서 즐거운 시간을 보내게 된다. 저녁 시간에는 첨성대에서의 달빛 기행, 그리고 신나는 레크리에이션과 장기 자랑 시간이 예정되어 있다.

I can only imagine how excited she must be to spend time with her friends for 3 whole days, away from her parents. She is really looking forward to it. I hope she will make many precious memories with her friends and teachers.
부모를 떠나 꼬박 2박 3일 동안 친구들과 함께 보내는 시간이니 얼마나 신날까? 아이는 큰 기대에 부풀어 있다. 나는 아이가 친구들이랑 선생님들과 함께 소중한 추억을 많이 만들고 왔으면 좋겠다.
