Talk about breastfeeding.
Many people think it goes without saying that breastfeeding comes naturally after have a baby. But exclusive breastfeeding is harder than people think.
Some moms eat foods or special teas to increase the amount of expressed milk if there isn't enough. If there is a surfeit of expressed milk, some receive breast massages to loosen up their breasts. Sometimes, breastfeeding is complicated by the shape of the breast making it hard for the baby to latch on, or because the baby's suction isn't strong enough.
To make up for this, parents sometimes use of a breast pump and bottle feed their baby, or get help from various types of available breastfeeding equipment. Breastfeeding is a major headache for many moms. I think it's most important for the mom to feed her child happily, whether ist's mother's milk or baby formula.

많은 사람들이 아이를 낳으면 자연스럽게 모유 수유가 되는 것이 당연하다고 생각한다. 하지만 '완모'는 사람들이 생각하는 것보다 어렵다.
