We are living in an ear where we emphasize health more than anything. Health includes physical health and mental well-being, but I think the health of our consciousness and values is also very important.

If members of a society hold prejudices or lack a sense of fairness, it can lead to major social issues. In these cases, movements to reform and improve awareness become necessary.

Modern Koreans invest a lot of money, time, and energy in their physical appearance. But it makes me wonder whether we are neglecting the health of our consciousness. Having a balanced perspective is just as important as maintaining a balanced diet in today's world.
