<말하기 연습>
Our family loves bathing in hot springs, so we travel across the country to visit them regardless of the season. Our preschooler son has been going into the men's hot spring baths with his dad since he was three years old. He really enjoys it becuase he can move between the hot, cold, and herbal baths and take his time bathing.
저희 가족은 온천욕을 좋아해서 계절을 가리지 않고 전국에 있는 온천을 찾아다닙니다. 유치원생 저희 아들은 3살 때부터 아빠를 따라서 남자 온천탕에 들어가고 있습니다. 아이는 아빠와 온탕과 냉탕, 약 초탕들을 오가며 오래 목욕을 할 수 있어서 무척 좋아합니다.

My husband, worried about any potential danger to our son, doesn't even step into sauna room he usually loves. I feel sorry for my husband, but I get to enjoy the hot springs and sauna at a leisurely pace thanks to him.
남편은 혹시라도 아이에게 위험한 상황이 생길까 봐 걱정되어, 평소 좋아하던 사우나실을 잠깐도 못 들어간다고 합니다. 남편에게는 미안하지만, 덕분에 저는 느긋하게 온천과 사우나를 즐길 수 있게 되었습니다.

Whenever we go out, it's hard for me as a mother to take my son to go potty because of our different genders. But at least when it comes to hot springs, there are some advantages to being of a different gender from my son.
평소 외출을 할 때마다 아들과 성별이 달라서, 화장실을 데려가는 데 엄마로서 어려움이 많습니다. 하지만 온천욕을 할 때만큼은 아들과 성별이 달라서 좋은 점도 있구나 생각했지요.
