Olives.
I am not a fussy eater. But I didn't often eat olives, because I didn't find them appealing. But my husband likes green olives so much that he stocks the fridge with them and eats them occasionally as a light snack.
Our child soon followed suit, and the two of them even learned about the manufacturing process for olives. Olives are one of the world's top five anti-aging foods. They are very effective for preventing againg and losing weight. I thought that olives were unfamiliar only to Asian people, but as it turns out, they are a polarizing food among Europeans as well.
Since they are said to be so healthy, I plan on eating the olives on my pizzas and in my salads, instead of picking them out. I'll also have to dip into the jar of green olives in the fridge more often.

저는 가리는 음식이 별로 없는 편입니다. 그러나 유독 올리브는 입맛에 맞지 않아서 자주 먹지 않았어요. 그런데 남편은 그린 올리브를 무척 좋아해서 냉장고에 쟁여두고 가끔씩 간식으로 먹습니다.
아이도 금방 아빠를 따라 올리브를 먹기 시작했고, 같이 올리브의 생산 과정에 대해 찾아보기도 했어요. 올리브는 세계 5대 노화 방지 식품 중의 하나로서, 노화 방지와 체중 감량에 매우 효과적 입니다. 저는 올리브가 아시아인들에게만 낮선줄 알았는데, 알고보니 유럽인들 사이에서도 호불호가 갈리는 식품이라고 합니다.
건강에 아주 좋다고 하니, 앞으로 저는 피자와 샐러드에 들어간 올리브를 골라내지 않고 먹을 까 합니다. 냉장고에 있는 그린 올리브도 더 자주 꺼내 먹어야 겠습니다.
