Complex parking issues.
Most apartment complexes have parking space for 1.3 to 1.5 cars per household. But many households these days have two cars, so parking difficulties are an inevitable problem.
People often double park as a solution to this problem. But this leads to problems of its own. There is a risk of damaging another car's bumper when pushing a double-parked car to make room, Double-parked cars can't be move if they aren't left in neutral. This makes it necessary to call up the car owner.
In addition, cars these days are wider than they were in the past. Even if you take special care to park right in the middle of the parking space, the gap between cars is narrow. This means you might become the victim of door dings, or even cause them yourself without meaning to.
아파트 단지 주차문제.
대부분의 아파트 단지들은 가구당 1.3 ~ 1.5대의 주차공간을 갖추고 있다. 그러나 요즘 2대의 차량을 소유하고 있는 가구가 많아서, 주차난이 발생할 수 밖에 없다.
이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 이중주차를 하는 사람들도 종종 있다. 그러나 이 또한 나름의 문제를 발생시킨다. 이중 주차된 차를 밀어 공간을 확보할 때 다른 차의 범퍼를 손상시킬 위험이 있다. 중립 기어를 해 놓지 않은 경우 이중 주차된 차량을 이동시킬 수 없어, 차주에게 전화를 해야만 한다.
게다가 요즘 차량들은 과거에 비해 차폭이 크다. 특별히 신경을 써서 주차 공간에 정확하게 가운데에 주차를 해도, 차간 간격이 좁다. 그래서 '문콕'의 피해자가 될 수도 있고, 본의 아니게 '문콕'을 발생시킬 수 있다.
