Benefits of masks.
Once the COVID-19 crisis comes to and end, we will be able to take off our masks and return to normal. Of cause, wearing a mask feels stuffy. Also, it's uncomfortable for people who wear glasses because their breath fogs up the lenses.
But I've been thinking about the benefits of masks, too. First, being able to cover your facial expressions can come in handy. You can hide your expressions when you're angry, and workers who deal with customers don't need to force a smile. Women pay less attention to makeup when they wear masks, which helps cut down on costs. Some people even enjoy the benefit of looking more handsome or prettier when they wear a mask.
It goes without saying that I want the coronavirus crisis to end. But because of these reasons, I wouldn't say no to keeping my mask on.
마스크의 장점.
코로나19 사태가 종식되면, 우리는 마스크를 벗고 일상으로 돌아갈 수 있을 것이다. 물론, 마스크를 쓰면 답답하다. 안경을 낀 사람들은 숨 때문에 렌즈에 습기가 차서 불편하기도 하다.
그러나 난 마스크의 장점에 대해서도 계속 생각해 왔다. 일단, 얼굴 표정을 가릴 수 있다는 점에서 편리할 수 있다. 화가날 때 표전을 숨길 수 있고, 고객을 상대하는 근로자들은 억지모소를 짓지 않아도 된다. 여성들은 마스크를 쓰면 화장에 신경을 덜 쓰게 되어 비용이 절약된다. 마스크를 쓰면 더 잘 생겨보이거나 예뻐 보이는 효과를 누리기도 한다.
당연히 코로나 사태가 끝나기를 원하지만, 이러한 이유들 때문에 나는 마스크를 계속 쓰는 것을 거부하지 않을 것 같다.
