Before I became pregnant, I had no idea that becoming a mom was such a big ask, and so precious. My mom gave birth to my sister and me without a hitch, and it was smooth sailing for most of my friends who have had kids, too. But then, I became pregnant and had a miscarriage. During that process, I came to learn that many women were putting up with the same difficult ordeal.
Modern women actively participate in society. This has led to increased stress levels, and environmental factors have raised the frequency of miscarriages. It has impacted an average of 30% of women, and over 50% of women in their 40s or older.
Many women blame themselves and fall into derpession after a miscarriage, even though they are not at fault. Thankfully, I was able to overcome it. Still, it made me realize how difficult and precious it really is to become a mom
