Talk about Korea's Housing Subscription system.

To be eligible for the distribution of new apartments in Korea, you need to have a housing subscription savings account. You can deopsit money in the account every month, or all at once. You need to maintain the account for a certain period of time to apply for an apartment.

The size of the apartment you can apply for depends on your account balance. The standard amount is higher for larger apartmens. The amount is different region by region. The longer you had your account, the more additional points you can get during the apartment allocation draw.

You can earn a tidy profit if you are selected for a new apartment. Generally, the price of a new apartment you get throught the draw is lower than the going rate for the area. However, there are resale restrictions in some speculation-prone areas. In these regions, you can't turn over the rights to a new apartment for a certain period of time.

한국의 주택 청약제도에 대해 말해주세요.

한국에서 신규 아파트를 분양받을 자격을 얻기 위해서는 주택 청약 통장이 있어야 한다. 청약 통장에 일정 금액을 매월 납입해도 되고, 한번에 넣어도 된다. 이 통장을 일정 기간동안 유지해야 아파트 청약 신청을 할 수 있다.

통장에 있는 금액에 따라 청약할 수 있는 아파트의 크기가 달라진다. 큰 아파트일 수록 기준 금액이 올라간다. 지역별로도 금액기준이 다르다. 아파트 분양권 추첨시, 청약통장을 보유한 기간이 길수록 더 높은 가산점을 받을 수 있다.
