Level 3. 입트영.

Talk about airline baggage restrictions.

COVID-19 has placed heavy restrictions on traveling abroad. But there are now more passengers on domestic flights. Compared with international flights, docestic flights have fewer luggage restrictions. But there are certain basic regulations in place to ensure safety in air travel.

Lighters, e-cigarettes, and power banks con't be put in checked baggage. They must be carried on board. There are also limits to the number and amount you can carry. This is because an emergency response is impossible if these items explode in the cargo hold of an airplane.

Fertilizer cannot be checked or carried on board, because it contains chemicals that might cause an explosion. Finally, sharp objects and tools are all prohibited items on planes.

코로나 19로 해외여행에 많은 제약이 생겼지만, 국내선 여행은 현재 더 늘었다. 국제선에 비해 국내선은 수하물 제약이 비교적 적은 편이다. 하지만 안전한 항공여행을 위해 적용되는 기본적인 수하물 관련규정이 있다.

라이터, 전자 담배, 보조 배터리는 위탁 수하물에 넣을 수도 없고, 기내에 휴대 해야한다. 또한 들고 탈 수 있는 수량과 용량에 제한이 있다. 만약 이런 물품들이 항공기 화물칸에서 폭발할 시 비상대응을 할 수 없기 때문이다.

비료는 폭발을 할 수 있는 화학물질을 포함하고 있어 위탁과 기내 반입이 금지되어 있다. 마지막으로 뾰족한 물건이나 공구류도 모두 기내 반입이 금지된 품목이다.
