These days, I prepare three squares a day on over half the days in a month. That's way I've been making repeat visits to our neighborhood side dish stores really often.
There is a wide variety of side dish stores in our neighborhood. Some of them are branches of major chains, but others are local mom and pop stores. The side dishes of the day are popular at the self-owned stores. The day's menu is posted on BAND at around 2 p.m. Customers leave comments with the numbers and types of side dishes they want. Then, they go to pick up their purchases. It's great not having to worry about what to eat, since there are new dishes every day.
These days, there are also ummannd stores where you can buy meal kits around the clock. While I am grateful for all the side dish stores where I can conveniently shop for food, I am a little worried about the excessive use of plastic containers.
다양한 형태의 반찬 가게에 대해 이야기해 주세요.
요즘은 한 달에 절반이 넘게 하루 삼시 세끼를 차린다. 그래서 동네 반찬가게를 이용하는 횟수가 엄청나게 늘었다.
우리 동네에는 다양한 종류의 반찬 가게가 있다. 몇 군데는 대형 체인점이지만, 소규모 자영업체도 있다. 개인이 운영하는 가게는 그날 만들어 파는 반찬이 인기가 있다. 오후 2시쯤 밴드에 그날의 메뉴가 올라온다. 손님들은 원하는 반찬의 개수와 종류를 댓글로 달고 나서, 구입한 것을 찾아가면 된다. 매일 새로운 메뉴가 있어서 뭘 먹을지 고민을 안 해도 되니 너무 좋다.
요즘에는 밀키트 제품을 24시간 구매할 수 있는 무인 상점들도 있다. 편리하게 음식을 살 수 있는 반찬 가게가 많아서 고맙기도 하지만, 플라스틱 용기를 과도하게 사용하게 되어 걱정스럽기도 하다.
