Losing a Credit Card.
신용 카드 분실.
Talk about when you lost credit card.
I was on my way home on the subway. My phone was vibrating, but I couldm't pick up the phone because I was on a train. Then, I got a long text informing me that a theft or loss report had been filed for my credit card. Startled, I checked my phone case. My credit card wasn't in its slot. The card had become loose. My card must have slipped out.
I called the credit card company and asked what had happend. They told me which station my card was at, so I went to the lost and found there. After a quick ID check, I was able to get my card back. I called the credit card company right away, and canceled the theft or loss report.
It took an hour from finding out I had lost my credit card to getting it back again. I feel grateful to whomever found my card and handed it over to the customer center, the employees at the lost and found, and the credit card company.
신용 카드 분실 경험에 대해 이야기해 주세요.
귀가하는 지하철 안이었습니다. 휴대폰 진동이 울리는데 지하철 안이라서 전화를 받을 수 없었어요. 그리고 나서 카드 도난 분실 신고가 접수되었다고 알리는 장문의 문자 메시지가 왔습니다. 깜짝 놀라서 휴대폰 케이스를 확인해 보니 카드꽃이에 제 카드가 없었습니다. 헐거워진 카드꽃이에서 카드가 빠졌던 모양입니다.
카드사에 전화해서 자초지종을 물었습니다. 내 카드가 어느 지하철역에 있는지 알려줘서 그곳 분실물 센터로 갔습니다. 거기서 간단한 본인 확인 절차를 거친 후에 제 카드를 찾을 수 있었습니다. 바로 카드사에 전화해서 도난 분실 신고도 해제했습니다.
카드를 분실한 사실을 알고 나서부터 다시 찾기까지 한 시간 정도 소요되었습니다. 제 카드를 주워서 고객센터에 맡겨 주신 분, 분실물 센터 직원들, 카드사에 감사하는 마음입니다.
