I always listen to the radio when I am at the wheel. I identify with the stories they read on the radio, and have a chuckle. Listening to music on the radio also helps me to cool down for a while. When I hear songs I liked in the past, it reminds me of old times. Listening to the radio in heavy traffic helps to pass the time. These days, radio is also broadcast online, so I can listen to programs using mobile apps.

I enjoy listening to the radio for language studies. There are lots of shows that help listeners to speak fluently in English, so I try to tune in every day. I mostly listen to shows by streaming them on an app on my phone. Even if I miss a show, it's no big deal. I can just listen to them at my leisure using AOD services. I'm still just a beginner, but learning a new language is inspiring. I hope to put the lessons to use if ever travel to countries where the language is spoken.
