입트영(2018.11.9) Problems with ATMs / ATM 사용 중 겪는 문제

Talk about the problems you have had while you were using ATMs.

Various problems can pop up while using an ATM. Most commonly, the machine might be out of order because it is under maintenance. Sometimes, service is suspended because of a computer glitch, or because the ATM is running low on cash. Occasionally, the machine might not return your credit card after you insert it. When this happens, you need to request assistance by using the phone next to the cash machine. A damaged card can also spell trouble for banking errands. Finally, some transactions for your bank might be off limits late at night if you use another bank's machine. ATMs installed in convenience stores operate around the clock, so they are very convenient. However, the processing fees are more expensive than for other machines. The withdrawal limit is also lower than for bank ATMs.
