1. not ~ until ~ (~에서야 ~하게 돼요)

제인은 4시가 되어야 돌아올 거에요.
폴은 그 사고에 대해 월요일이 되서야 알게 되었지요.
난 대학을 가기 전까지는 삼겹살을 먹어 보지 못했어요.

2. from ~ to ~ (~부터 ~까지)

I lived in Seoul from 1988 to 1998.
The restaurant is open from 7 to 2 pm every day.
I heard that you need to sleep from 11 pm to 2 am.

전 1998년부터 1998년까지 서울에서 살았죠.
그 식당은 매일 오전 7시부터 오후 2시까지 영업을 해요.
당신은 밤11시부터 새벽 2시까지는 꼭 잠을 자야한다는 군요.

Level 2. 이지 잉글리쉬.

<대화>

A: Wait. I haven't seen Paula around these days.
B: Oh, She's been on parental leave.
A: I see. Where did we leave off?
B: Picking which items to import. Did you finish categorizing the product?
A: Not yet, There's a lot that still needs to be done. B: I'll try to get the rest finished today.

A: 잠깐, 요즘 폴라가 안 보이더라.
B: 아, 육아 휴직이야.
A: 그렇구나. 우리 어디까지 했지?
B: 어떤 품목을 수입할지 고르는 거. 제품 분류하는 작업은 다 했어?

<문장>

Explain what you enjoy about listening to the radio.

These days, there are countless types of broadcast media. It's a golden age of media platforms. In this kind of setting, radio doesn't seem very advanced. But radio clearly has its own unique charm.

First, you can related to the DJ when you tune in to a radio show. You can also bond with the other listeners. Plus, you only need your ears to listen to the radio, so you can multitask. It's nice to be able to listen when you're driving, doing household chores, or even working.

Somethings, when I feel drained at night, hearing a song on the radio is enough to cheer me up. Radio is an old medium, but its analog charm really stands alone. I believe that radio will keep its role, even as the world undergoes rapid chages.

라디오를 좋아하는 이유에 대해 이야기해 주세요.

요즘은 수 많은 유형의 방송 매체가 존재하는 미디어 플랫폼 전성시대입니다. 이러한 환경에서 라디오는 뭔가 진보된 느낌을 주는 매체는 아닙니다. 그러나 라디오만의 고유한 매력이 있는 것은 분명합니다.

우선, 라디오 방송을 들으면서 DJ와 공감할 수 있고, 다른 청취자들과 강한 유대감이 형성됩니다. 또한 라디오는 귀로 듣기만 하면 되기 때문에 다른 일과 병행이 가능합니다. 운전이나 집안일, 심지어 업무를 하면서도 들을 수 있어서 좋습니다.

때로는 지친 저녁에 라디오에서 흘러나오는 노래 한 곡을 들으며 위로를 받기도 합니다. 라디오가 오래된 미디어이긴 하지만 아날로그 감성의 매력은 정말 독보적입니다. 앞으로도 라디오는 세상이 급격한 변화 속에서도 고유한 역활을 하리라 믿습니다.
