Talk about how you do the dishes.
Before I start doing the dishes, it's good to put away the dishes on the dish rack in the cupboards. This way, I can free up space.
Then, I sort the dirty dishes in the sink. It's better to separate dishes thay are greasy from dishes that are not. Otherwise, you'll get grease on all the dishes, and have to use a lot of dish soap. If some dishes have rice or sticky sauce on them, you should soak them in water. If you boil clean water in pots and pans before you wash them, you can get them squeaky-clean.
I usually wash the non-greasy dishes first, and move them to the dish rack. Next, I scrub the dishes that are greasy using a soapy sponge. Then, I rinse them thoroughly. Finally, I wrap things up by wiping down the area around the stovetop and the sink.
설거지하는 법에 대해서 이야기해 주세요
설거지를 시작하기 전에, 일단 식기 건조대에 있는 그릇들을 천장에 옴겨 두는 것이 좋다. 그래야 공간을 확보할 수 있다.
그러고 나서, 싱크대에 사용한 그릇들을 분류한다. 기름기가 묻은 그릇과 아닌 그릇은 구분하는 것이 좋다. 그렇지 않으면, 그릇에 전부 기름이 묻어서 주방 세제를 많이 사용해야 한다.밥알이나 찐듯한 소스가 묻은 그릇은 물에 불리는 것이 좋다. 냄비나 프라이팬은 깨끗한 물을 넣고 끓인 후 설거지하면 아주 깨끗하게 씻을 수 있다.
나는 주로 기름기가 묻지 않은 그릇을 먼저 씻어 건조대로 옮긴다. 그 다음, 기름기가 묻은 그릇을 주방 세제를 묻힌 수세미로 문질러 닦고, 물로 깨끗이 행군다. 마지막으로 가스레인지와 싱크대 주위를 말끔히 닦으면 설거지가 마무리된다.
